Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST may ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Methods & Cost

• Standard Shipping (US): Calculated Rates (or Free for orders over $65).
• Expedited Shipping (US): Calculated Rates at checkout
• International Shipping: By special order only, please contact us info@whimsydiystudio.com or through our contact us link on the homepage. Cost and times vary by country.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

Estimated Delivery

• Standard US: 3-7 business days after processing.
• Expedited US: 1-2 business days after processing.

 

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to all 50 US states, APO/FPO addresses.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes

 

Tracking & Lost/Damaged Items

• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at info@whimsydiystudio.com.
