A: Decoden cream typically takes 2-3 days to dry completely and set, though some thicker applications or certain formulas may require up to a week or more for full curing and hardening. For best results, allow the cream to dry in a cool, well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight or heat, and continue to let the project cure for at least 48 hours before handling it to ensure all charms are securely adhered.

A: Processing usually takes 2–4 business days, and shipping within the U.S. typically takes an additional 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

Q: What if something arrives damaged or missing?
A: We’re so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo, and we’ll send replacements or offer a refund—whatever makes you happiest. you can reach us through the contact us page or at info@whimsydiystudio.com.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if there was a fulfillment error resulting in a missing item. All sales of correctly fulfilled and undamaged products are final.
